Dexion racking systems
Since 1997, Universal Storage Equipment has been supplying and installing components to extend and repair existing Dexion* Speedlock* pallet racking systems.
We offer customers the choice of new UniDex SP80 (Dexion compatible) racking or quality Used original Dexion Speedlock racking – either as a complete system or as components to extend or repair older Dexion racking.
New UniDex SP80 racking is successfully used by thousands of Companies throughout the UK - many of them well known PLC household names.
There are distinct advantages in using UniDex SP80 to repair Dexion racking:-
- It is fully compatible and interchangeable with Dexion Speedlock Mk3 racking.
- Our prices can be typically 25 – 30% lower than previous suppliers.
- Most standard components are available in stock in the UK – 3-5 day delivery.
Safety and reliability
UniDex SP80 has a 100% perfect safety and reliability record. It is a tried and tested product which is approved by the UK’s leading Rack Safety Inspectors as an alternative to the original Dexion make. It meets all Health & Safety standards as well as Industry design recommendations covering racking systems.
Warranties
In addition to a standard (limited) product warranty covering quality and weight loading performance, UniDex SP80 also comes with a ‘money back’ guarantee of 100% compatibility with Dexion Speedlock. No Customer has ever needed to take up these guarantees.
Installation and repair work
Where Universal is asked to undertake installation/repair work, we will conform to Health & Safety requirements governing working practices such as ‘working at height’ and ‘Use of Mechanical handling equipment’. We can provide all documentation such as Method Statement, Risk Assessment, Insurance Certificate and Mechanical Handling Equipment certificates.
Used Dexion Racking
Our Quality Used Dexion racking comes from known sources such as large PLC companies whose storage requirements have changed. This racking will have passed our critical check list before being approved for resale. All Used racking is specified in accordance with Manufacturers technical specifications and is approved by Rack Safety Inspectors.

Link Racking Systems
For Link racking systems we offer customers the choice of either New or Used Link Palletstor pallet racking – both original products as manufactured in the UK by Link 51 Ltd.
Palletstor pallet racking is one of the UK most widely used racking makes and is available in a wide range of sizes and weight loadings.
Many existing Link users now use Universal Storage Equipment for repairs and extensions to their Link racking systems.
New Link components come with Link 51’s product warranty covering quality and technical specifications
